The Feldenkrais Method is a dynamic approach to health, learning and self-exploration. It is an experiential process in which we “learn how to learn”, that is, we explore our personal way of learning.

By using movement as a means, i.e. by making gentle, conscious, pleasant movements, you discover your daily habits, restrictive or not, in order to find new ways of action and movement, so that everyone, regardless of age, can continue to learn, become more competent and thus improve their quality of life.

With the Feldenkrais method new patterns of movement, thinking, emotions are created. Through the harmonious integration and interaction of the above in the system, functionality in all areas of our lives is improved. Moshe Feldenkrais had found access to this kind of learning which causes the brain to reform, brings people closer to using their full potential and being more competent in everything they do.
